Description
A ready-to-fry tikka masala blend for chicken, fish , mutton or soyabean.
Ingredients
Starch Powder, Garlic, Salt, Red Chilli, Citric Acid, A1 Masala, Garam Masala, Kala Masala, Mix Masala, Black Pepper, Coriander, Cumin, Fennel.
How to Use
Step 1: Take 1 kg chicken, fish or mutton pieces in a bowl and wash thoroughly. Step 2: Add Master Special Tikka Masala and 1–2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste. Mix well. Step 3: Keep aside for 30 minutes for marination. Step 4: Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated pieces on medium heat. Step 5: Fry until soft, fully cooked and golden brown. Serve hot and enjoy!
Master Tips
For deeper flavour, let the marinated chicken, fish or mutton rest for the full 30 minutes before cooking. Cook on medium heat so the masala coats and roasts evenly without burning. For a slightly smoky, restaurant-style finish, raise the heat briefly at the end and turn the pieces carefully. Serve hot with onion rings, lemon and mint chutney for a classic tikka-style experience. Keep the opened pack tightly sealed in a cool, dry place to help preserve its freshness and aroma.

Made chicken tikka in a pan and the coating held nicely. The masala had enough flavour without needing lots of extra spices.

GOOD TO KNOW

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I cook Special Tikka Masala?
Mix Master Special Tikka Masala with chicken, fish or mutton and 1–2 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste. Marinate for 30 minutes, then cook the pieces in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked and golden brown.
How long should I marinate?
For best flavour, keep the coated pieces aside for at least 30 minutes before cooking. This gives the masala time to coat the ingredients properly.
Can I use Special Tikka Masala for both veg and non-veg dishes?
Yes. The product is suitable for both veg and non-veg preparations. For chicken, fish or mutton, follow the pack instructions; for vegetarian dishes, cook according to the ingredient you are using.
Do I need to add water while marinating?
No added water is required for the marination. Mix the masala with ginger-garlic paste and coat the ingredients thoroughly before leaving them to marinate.
